Aspen Ridge is one of Saskatoon‘s newest neighbourhoods. Situated north of Evergreen, this residential development is set to be a complete community. It is designed to accommodate all aspects of your daily life including a range of housing options, employment opportunities, art, culture, recreational facilities, and other amenities.
The main entrance road is McCormand Rd and connects residents to Evergreen, Willowgrove and eventually to the North commuter parkway.
Extra wide sidewalks, bike lanes, tree lined boulevards, public transport, and double lane traffic both ways make getting around the neighbourhood a very easy task.
There residential options will include above store apartments, condo complexes, townhouses, and single family dwellings with a focus on green space.
The park system has been designed with access in mind. Bike routes and trails will connect all areas, making the entire neighbourhood easily accessible.
A Village square will become the centre of the neighbourhood and will provide a large gathering place for residents as well as be the center for businesses such as offices, coffee shops, etc to be situated directly around.
Aspen Ridge borders one of the largest pieces of unbroken wetlands in the area, the Northeast Swale. It provides home for more than 100 species of birds. a green way will be built between the Aspen Ridge neighbourhood boundary and the Swale. It will extend the entire north east boundary and will provide access for residents to enjoy a walk around the untouched conservation area. Houses that will back the Green Way will have a 5 star view for life.
If you’re interested in moving your family to this sustainable neighbourhood, please contact me. I do have a new built home by Mosaic Developments at 503 Fast Way currently for sale. Be one of the first to live in this great neighbourhood!
