Rosewood is a newer development that is designed to harmonize nature with the convenience of modern day life. Close to transportation and shopping as it is adjacent to Highway 16 and has access off Taylor Street. Rosewood has been designed around a “Village Square” where commercial developments will be found as well as new joint-use schools.
Made up of 65 acres of wetland and green space, natural trails and conservation areas this award winning wetland design is managed and enhanced by Ducks Unlimted and the Saskatoon Wildlife Federation.
