The Kelsey/Woodlawn area is a combination of industrial park nestled between the North West Industrial SDA and the Central Industrial of downtown Saskatoon, the population is only 889. There are two older neighbourhoods, one near Siast-Kelsey Institute on Idylwyld Drive North and the McVicar Addition near the Wood Lawn Cemetary, which is the only active municipal cemetery within city limits. There is shopping along Idylwyld, 33rd Street and Quebec Avenue with the strip malls found here. Most homes were built here prior to the 1960’s and many of the residents are students attending SIAST Kelsey.
