To the south is Holiday Park golf course which is used year round, golf in the summer and well maintained cross country ski paths in the winter. To the north is the Riversdale Tennis Club and Riversdale outdoor swimming pool with waterslides. To the east you can find the Gordie Howe baseball diamonds, and speed skating oval. Along the west is the Meewasin Trail along the river. There is some local shopping available with convenience stores and Avenue P South has many amenities.
