The city of Saskatoon is divided by the Saskatoon MLS system into 5 main areas respectively named Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, Area 4, and Area 5. Within these areas there are a total of 57 neighbourhoods. Area 1 is located on the east side of the city and has extensive residential development happening in Willowgrove and University Heights. Area 2 is located in the south of the city and has extensive residential and commercial development happening in Stonebridge.
