Varisty View
Varsity View is another of the original neighbourhoods in Saskatoon. Development began along the riverbank in 1884. This neighbourhood is nearest to the University of Saskatchewan campus. The majority of homes were constructed between 1940 and 1970 and the area has a high influx of young residents due to the proximity of the U of S.
