The new development of University Heights Suburban Centre is often time mistaken for the larger University Heights Suburban Development Area which has been forming for many years now. University Heights is home to 1765 residents with the largest development of dwellings between 1996 the present. Commercial development is booming in this area with a few strip malls, grocery stores, all major banks, several restaurants, library, health practices, etc.
