Sutherland
The Sutherland area has a population of 5253 people with less than 50% owning their own homes. Along Central Avenue there are many diverse businesses ranging from fast food to automotives. It is also home to the CN Railway switchyard as it had independent beginnings as a railway town in the early 1900’s. It amalgamated with Saskatoon in 1956 yet the small town atmosphere remains a strong part of this community.
