Saskatoon Neighborhoods
The city of Saskatoon is divided by the Saskatoon MLS system into 5 main areas respectively named Area 1, Area 2, Area 3, Area 4, and Area 5. Within these areas there are a total of 57 neighborhoods. Area 1 is located on the east side of the city and has extensive residential development happening in Willowgrove and University Heights. Area 2 is located in the south of the city and has extensive residential and commercial development happening in Stonebridge. Area 3 is located in the north end of the city with more commercial development happening as well provides easy access to many of the northern lakes and national parks. Area 4 is located in the south west area of the city. Area 5 is located on the west side of the city and has new residential development happening in Hampton Village.
